Returns:
All merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if it meets the following requirements:
- Must be within 30 days of original product delivery date.
- Customer must have RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number provided by OTA-ORLANDO LLC.
- All inbound and outbound shipping costs and charges will be paid for by the customer.
- The product being returned or exchanged must have all original packaging and be in new resalable condition, including all parts and paperwork.
- A restocking fee of 20% will be added for any products outside of the Titan Brand.
*If customer cancels purchase after product has been shipped, then customer will cover both original and return shipping costs.
*If there is shipping damage from our company, replacement parts will be sent to customer or an entire new unit, and will be made on a case-by-case basis.
*No returns or exchanges will be made outside of the 30-day period from original product delivery date
How to Return an Item:
- Call us at 1-888-848-2630 and provide your reasoning for a return. By making the call, you authorize that you understand and agree with our return and exchange policy (as stated above).
- Receive your RMA number.
- Put the packing list and your RMA number inside of your package with the product(s) to return. Make sure to include all parts and data sent with the package.
- Choose a shipping company (i.e., USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and get a shipping label.
- Tape box(es) securely and attach appropriate shipping label. **Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility.
- Provide us with the tracking number via email at hyunkwag656@gmail.com or via call at 267-475-4403.
- All returned products must be insured to cover possible loss or damage during transit.
Exchanges:
All merchandise is exchangeable within 30 days of original product delivery date. Customers are required to cover all shipping costs to and from our facility.
Warranty:
All massage chairs come with warranties that vary according to model. After 30 days from original product delivery date, customer may contact manufacturer for all issues covered by warranty, as long as it is within warranty time period.
